This is a light touch, not a fix-all — too much reverb creates a different, equally obvious problem. A few percent wet signal is usually plenty.

Vary dynamics slightly if the take feels too even

A vocal performance with absolutely no natural dynamic variation across phrases can contribute to the robotic impression, since real vocal deliveries have some level and intensity variation baked in by nature. Subtle manual level automation between phrases, even a decibel or so, can reintroduce some of that natural unevenness.

This is a fine judgment call — too much variation undermines the polish, too little leaves the flatness that reads as artificial.

Know when it's not fixable and choose a different generation

Not every instance of a robotic-sounding vocal is fixable in post — sometimes the underlying generation just has an artifact that mastering can't fully mask. If a track still sounds obviously synthetic after trying the fixes above, regenerating with a different prompt or seed is often faster than continuing to chase a fix.
