Same sound, two spellings
On a piano, the black key between C and D is a single physical key with a single pitch. But it has two names: C♯ (C raised a semitone) and D♭ (D lowered a semitone). Notes that sound identical but are written differently are called enharmonic equivalents. The same idea applies to keys — the key of C♯ major and the key of D♭ major contain the exact same pitches and sound identical.
